1. Tickets & Booking
All tickets are sold exclusively online through this website. Each ticket is non-transferable and tied to the photo ID uploaded at checkout. Duplicate or fraudulent tickets will be refused at entry.
2. Photo Upload
A selfie photo is required at purchase for identity verification and fraud prevention. Your photo is stored securely and is only used by event staff to match you to your ticket at the gate.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. In the event the party is cancelled by the organiser due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, credit or an alternative date may be offered at our discretion.
4. Age & Entry Requirements
You must be 18 years or older to attend. Valid photo ID matching your ticket photo will be required at entry. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who is intoxicated or behaves in a disruptive manner.
5. Health & Safety
By attending, you agree to follow all instructions given by event staff and vessel crew. The organiser accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event, except where required by applicable law.
6. Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to treat fellow guests and staff with respect. Aggressive, abusive, or illegal behaviour will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected at checkout (name, email, phone, photo) is used solely for ticket fulfilment and fraud prevention. We do not sell or share your data with third parties outside of payment processing (Stripe) and ticket management (Rezdy).
